We appreciate this opportunity to share a little about who we are, what we believe, and what we do.
Someone once said that every new generation of Christians has a singular mission – to tell Christ’s story again in words that will meaningfully communicate to their contemporaries.
This is a beautiful sentiment, but, from a practical standpoint, how do we accomplish such a task?
At MissitoGroup, Inc., our vision is to find purposeful ways to implement that singular mission. The MissitoGroup is a unique gathering of ministries united in classic Christian beliefs but committed to find engaging and relevant ways to share God’s message in our 21st century world.
Our approach, as a Christian community, is to serve the relational and spiritual needs of those around us by introducing them to a relationship with the living person of Jesus Christ. In addition to simply sharing our lives with people, we offer spiritual training, educational opportunities, community service projects, ministry travel tours, overseas mission trips, seminars, programs in the arts, and other endeavors to meet the needs of our communities.
Our goal is to be involved in people’s lives, to serve people’s needs, and to provide healthy environments for meaningful relationships. We share our message in a non-hyped, naturally/supernatural manner through the words that we speak, the music and themes we employ, and the relational, non-religious style we attempt to apply to everything that we do.
After taking a few minutes to explore our site, we think you will agree that we are a totally unique Christian expression. In one sense, it’s not that we are anything special. Instead, we are just average people who have had a supernatural encounter with a real, loving, and supportive Heavenly Father. For each of us, this was not merely a philosophical change in our belief systems but rather a daily involvement with God in our everyday lives. What was once impossible suddenly became commonplace – and we simply love sharing this reality. |
